Commercial Terms: (Information restructured for clarity)

    - Attendance Management and Handling Charges:If required, we can provide the attendance app, and the rates will be discussed according to your specific requirements along with handling charges like ID Cards, uniform etc

    -Payroll Processing Fee:The fee will be determined solely based on the number of employees and other specific requirements.

    - MLWF (Maharashtra Labor Welfare Fund):MLWF, one of the components of payroll processing, will be billed separately in the months of June and December.

    - Gratuity Eligibility:If an employee becomes eligible to receive gratuity during their employment, the corresponding amount will be claimed separately based on actual calculations.

    - GST (Goods and Services Tax):GST will be charged on the total cost of our services.

    - Billing and Payment Schedule:Invoicing will occur on the 1st of every month. Payment should be made on or before the 5th of the month to ensure salaries can be disbursed on or before the 7th, in accordance with the Payment of Wages Act.

    - One-Time Registration Charges:One-time charges for PT (Professional Tax) registration, if required, will be 1000/-.

    -Similarly, one-time charges for LWF (Labor Welfare Fund) registrations will also be 1000/-.

    - ESIC Inspection and Liaison Charges:Charges:Travel arrangements for ESIC (Employee State Insurance Corporation) inspections will be coordinated by us, and if required, liaison charges will be claimed separately based on actual expenses.

    - POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Services:For the first year, our pricing structure for POSH services is 50,000/-. For subsequent years, the charge will be 25,000/- to continue the same service. If a POSH committee already exists, the annual charge will be 25,000/-. We will initiate the process by forming a committee responsible for providing employee training and conducting regular meetings.
